Rekha has more than 23 years of experience and has been contributing her expertise to the company in the capacity of Office Manager. After securing a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Kerala University, India, she started her career in various companies in different capacities specialising in Documentation, Administration, Corporate Operations, Marketing and Client Servicing.
Before joining JOSH Naturals, she had the experience of working with a German company for two years and had been a part of the Product Management Team at Pfizer, Mumbai, India for about 10 years.
She brings a wealth of experience and acumen in diverse spheres like office management, marketing strategies and business management.
She being both a creative thinker and significant collaborator, pilots all customer support activities aiming at delivering exceptional value to customers.
Right from the beginning, she has been a motivating force and her influence is pivotal in imparting a strong sense of direction to the company which means simply keeping JOSH Naturals grounded.
